What Do You Want in a Man?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

What do you want in a man?<\/p>\n

Do you want him tender and sweet?<\/p>\n

Or fiery and savage<\/p>\n

Or striking or average<\/p>\n

Or one who will sing you to sleep?<\/p>\n

What do you want in a man?<\/p>\n

Strength or power and fame?<\/p>\n

Or money and wealth<\/p>\n

Or full of good health<\/p>\n

Or a man with gargantuan frame?<\/p>\n

What do I want in a man?<\/p>\n

I want Shakespeare and poetry fair<\/p>\n

I want loving and simple<\/p>\n

A man who is gentle<\/p>\n

A man who is tender with care.<\/p>\n

What do I see in this man?<\/p>\n

Something deeper than many it’s true<\/p>\n

He is good and he’s studious<\/p>\n

Both valiant and serious<\/p>\n

And someone with nothing to prove.<\/p>\n

What do I see in Adam?<\/p>\n

A man loyal to family and friend<\/p>\n

He is handsome and manly<\/p>\n

witty and handy<\/p>\n

A man who will stick till the end.<\/p>\n

So what do you see in Adam?<\/p>\n

Is it something beyond the outside?<\/p>\n

Is it mercy and honesty<\/p>\n

stubbornness, quality<\/p>\n

Something so very alive?<\/p>\n

I hope these are things that you see<\/p>\n

When you gaze on this wonderful man<\/p>\n

He is all that I’ve written<\/p>\n

And more, if you’re smitten,<\/p>\n

Take a look at him, you’ll understand.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
