Dear Krystyna,
I followed your story as a WIP. All the days I hoped for a Happy End and no blue dress for Rachel. I loved there romance and the reaction of the boys. Every one of them got a little piece of this woman. Ben a new wife, Adam a relative as stepmother and good memories. Hoss can now imagine how his mothers voice sounded and Joe got the angle who safed his life.
I’m still laughing at the hint of the Waltons only the “Good Night, John boy” wasn’t there.

This was a wonderful story. A second time reading just as good as the first.I enjoyed Pa falling in love and the boys reactions but the plot was brilliant the character development superb and the total was a 10 rating on 10 being the best. Thanks for the escape. Judi

That was a beautiful story of mystery, romance, love lost and love found. Full circle as Adam put it.
So very glad you read and enjoyed this story. I had to write two endings as WWB (at the time) would not accept anything that went beyond the tv series canon. So in that version there was no wedding only a funeral! Thank you, AC…lovely words for the story
