Very touching story the way the happenings of the early years impacted the current situation. Katy was a wise child to know love transcended legal documents.
Author’s Response: Thank you so much Chevel 47, lovely comments for this little story that were greatly appreciated. Krystyna

Read this back on the forum as a WIP, but I would still like to add a comment here. I must say I loved how you handled the different aspects of the plot. Some fascinations were never handled, answered, fulfilled; certain ‘what if’s’ still remained. It makes the story so very true to life, where we have more loose ends, unfinished business and what-if’s than most of us authors like to leave in our stories.
Thank you for an extremely enjoyable read with that enchanting spell of authenticity.
Author’s Response: Thank you so much for appreciating the way this story was written, AMG. It’s good to leave a certain amount of room for readers to provide their own answers or solutions, just as in life, there are always the uncertainties and vaguaries in existance. Thank you for such a lovely way of describing this for me, you put it into much better phrasing than I . Krystyna

Hi Judy, how good to hear from you, I do hope that you are keeping well. Thank you for reading this little story, well, it seems little compared to the Capt Cartwright stories doesn’t it? Thank you for such a lovely compliment too, I shall treasure that as I do your comment for this story.
Wow what a perplexing ending. I enjoyed the story and the heart felt emotion from both pa and Adam. I think all is well after all in Philadelphia the city of brotherhood of sisterhood.
You are an incredible writer when your stories come up I always get a great and a treasure of the Bonanza men. Thanks Judi
