When Leaving Comments

ATTENTION! Readers wishing to leave comments must be registered and logged into the Library.

Due to content, a number of stories are available only AFTER the reader has verified their age.

The Brandsters encourage readers to leave comments on the stories they’ve read; our authors put a lot of time and effort into their writings. The only thing we ask is that readers NOT include ‘spoilers’.

Comments left in the Library are managed through a moderation process. And during this process, the Brandsters reserve the right to manage any comment that we deem inappropriate or contains spoilers. This includes editing the comment or deleting it entirely.

For those who don’t know what to say, a simple “I really liked this story” will do, or feel free to click the “Like” button at the bottom of any story.

Curate a Mini-Library of Favorites

Only Members may curate their own ‘personal library’ by using the Bookmark feature.

Bookmarks is a great way for a member to identify a favorite story they may wish to re-read in the future. Just click Bookmark at the end of the story.

This feature is now available for Pages, to readily find all the stories for your favorite episode(s) / holidays /stories by authors, etc. The Pages will be listed alphabetically in the member’s My Bookmarks based on the type of page.

Members may access their own personal listing by clicking My Bookmarks in the menu line below the Library Banner.

INFORMATION: For Brand members and readers who are registered at Archive of Our Own fanfiction library.

On October 29, 2026, www.archiveofourown.org went offline for maintenance. During this time, evidence of a security incident was detected; they are not yet calling it a security breach. Their site will remain down for two to possibly four weeks to continue maintenance as well as determine the extent of the incident.

While reading comments in their thread, the AO3 administrators recommended that if members use the same username and password combination for other sites, that individuals seriously consider changing their passwords on those sites. Once AO3 is back online, I’m sure they will recommend for members to change their passwords there.

As a good practice, different passwords should be used for all sites. It’s easy to get complacent, especially when sites do not require any monetary contributions to participate. But if all one does is add a different character or more at the beginning/end of a ‘core’ word, it could still be easy for a hacker, with all their computer knowledge and programs, to determine that information and breach other sites using the same username where banking information is retained.
