Giving You
Giving you love, completing your life
Making it worth all pain and strife
Giving you sunsets to warm your heart
Making the sky a piece of art
Giving you friendship to brighten your being
New perspectives and ways of seeing
Giving you patience to accept the truth
Letting you keep the dreams from your youth
Giving you courage to open your eyes
Showing you rainbows beneath cloudy skies
Giving you hope and making you smile
Making you see, how it’s all worthwhile
