I’m taking lessons from you, on how to edit and improve a first draft! I loved this as a WIP, and I love it even more now. Action packed with terrific cliffhangers, lots of unexpected twists, and a wonderfully intriguing backstory for Hop Sing. Your female lead is as well-drawn and inspiring as our beloved Cartwrights and a great addition to their circle. Well done, Freya–thank you for this story!

J’ai fortement aimé cette histoire. Difficile à suivre parfois à cause des “chinoiseries” et des noms chinois. Une belle place pour Hop Sing.

Lovely story and lovely ending . Only one complaint……i realky feel Ben needed to leave those buttons of Joes open , he’s a big boy now and besides it ruined my lusty visual of his smooth chest as he came down the stairs …

I enjoy reading the many fan fiction stories in the library. This one was different because of the pivotal role of Hop Sing. We know that he was always important to the Cartwrights, but your story had us looking more into the mind and heart of Hop Sing.
Though time and work prevented me from reading it in one sitting, your story kept me wanting to finish work quickly so I could pick up the story and find out how the story ends.
Thank you for sticking with it when it proved too much for one sitting!;) I found it intriguing to give Hop Sing a dramatic mystery to unravel. I’m glad you enjoyed the result!
