Summary:  In this prequel, Little Joe is moving from childhood to adulthood and has mixed feelings about how to react to his older brother who is facing the task of how to fit back into the ranch he left as a boy to go to college but returned as a man who is still the boss’ son.

Summary:  While in Waycross, someone told me that my stories are too long because she only reads the shorter stories.  She gave me a prompt for a shorter story, and here is the result:  A broken plate and a dropped plate lead to lessons learned.

Summary:  There’s lots of shocking trouble for Adam right from the start, but there is also a plan for revenge, subterfuge, false identities, fraud, financial difficulties for Ben and the Ponderosa, stunning developments for the family to absorb, and then a climatic confrontation between two villainous siblings and the Cartwright family.

Summary:  It’s Adam and Charity again but five years later.  Adam’s son and Hoss’ son have a new playmate who has a secret, and it’s one that will cause a major change in the Cartwrights’ lives and in his. Summary:  In this story written in three acts, Adam’s involvement with a young woman leads to discord within his family and when that is resolved in the first part (chapters 1-6), he leaves on a journey that affects him greatly in the second part (7-13). Summary:  This is the second story in the Charity series and is a WHN for the Bitter Water episode.   A mysterious corporation threatens the Ponderosa and the other ranches in the Comstock area.  There are shootings, kidnappings, and threats from unknown assailants, and Lem Keith’s daughter’s anger at Adam for perceived wrongs make for a complicated scenario.

This is the backstory that explains how Adam ended his relationship with Virginia Keith,  why there was tension in his friendship with Todd McCarren, and why Lem Keith disliked Adam so much.  Charity is introduced in this story and will be part of a series of stories featuring her as the main OC.

Summary:  It’s an Adam returns story, and he brings two with him.  He brings a bit of trouble too and some changes, but he’s got the family on his side, well, after some issues from the past that have to get cleared away first.

Summary:  A prequel story with LJ at thirteen, Hoss at nineteen, and Adam at twenty-five. In the first part, Little Joe decides to be good for three weeks as a gift to his father which sets off a chain of events while Adam decides to ride a couple of difficult horses that sets off a different chain of events. Everything comes together as does the family in time for a Christmas celebration. The second part of the story is a WHB for The Quality of Mercy and features Seth in a prominent role.
